The liability of employers for failure to comply with bailiff s rulings on withholding from wages

The article deals with the problems related to the execution of bailiff's ruling when checking off the employee's payment, as well as to the employer's liability for late or incomplete execution of writs. Labour legislation, executive legislation and administrative legislation are analyzed. The author makes proposals on tightening the employer's liability for nonperformance or improper performance of the bailiff's ruling and, consequently, strengthening protection of the plaintiff's rights.
