Responsibility for offences in the field of protection and use of lands

Article is devoted to studying of main types of responsibility which are provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of protection and use of lands today. Common features of the main types of responsibility designated in the land legislation are considered and their big role for maintaining natural wealth of the country is defined.
