Penal liability for economic wrongdoings in the penal legislation in Russia: trends and priorities

The paper considers an approach of Russian Federation legislators in regulating penal liability for economic wrongdoings. The study revealed trends and priorities while development of this institution in recent years, and inference has been made that the Penal Code in the economic domain protected primarily the members of large-scale proprietors, thus such trend has been determined as a wrongful one.
