The health of each individual is a value for society, which the state seeks to protect with a system of appropriate measures. However, at the present time, it seems that not all means of maintaining the health of the population are still used. One of such means shall be the responsibility of individuals who refuse events held in the framework of the health of the population. This responsibility is essential for the prevention of crimes against health. A person taking care of their own health takes care of the health of others. This helps to prevent dangerous epidemics, preserving the lives and health of the population. But to achieve this, unfortunately, can only be subject to the establishment of various types of legal responsibility, including criminal. The proposed article is devoted to these issues.
