Crossed, or overlap-syndrome in rheumatology is an autoimmune disease, characterized by the presence of individual signs of different systemic diseases of connective tissue. The problem of overlap syndromes has been known for a long time and has been vividly discussed in the literature to date. It is of interest in terms of science, because it reflects the clinical and immunogenetic heterogeneity of autoimmune rheumatic diseases. At the same time, it is important in practical terms in connection with the complexity of the diagnosis, the peculiarities of treatment of such patients. Therefore, it seems that cases where one patient has several autoimmune diseases are very rare, valuable and interesting for observations.
