Expectations of youth are associated with activities of municipal government in contexts «Service» mode

The article reviewed expectations of youth associated with municipal service delivery. Theoretical research foundation is the conception of state and municipal «service» management. «Service» conception involves the focus on service delivery to citizens and society as a whole as well as participative decisions making. It involves carrying out the social research to identify expectations and notions as well as public contentment of state and municipal service. This article shows the results of sociological research in the town of Seversk, Tomsk oblast, which is intended to explore the inherent degree of « service» and participation expectations for the youth of this municipal unit. The article adduces directions based on the results of sociological research for «service» mode development in activity of city administration.
