The fall of the ruble, as the source of origin of import substitution for the Russian companies

The article is devoted to the problem caused by the fall in the exchange rate, which led to an economic crisis. But, this fact becomes a premise of the birth of import substitution for the Russian enterprises. Anyway, this is a positive factor for development of own raw materials and physical products.
