Palestine-Israel peace talks and Middle East future (reflections on the outcomes of the Middle East peace conference in Paris, held on January 15, 2017)

The authors stress, that the aims of the Middle East settlement cannot be achieved without reconciliation between the two main poles of the regional security - Israel and Palestine. It is shown that they became the key actors because Palestine correlates with the Arab-Muslim world on the whole, and Israel - with the state that occupied both Sunni and Shia territories. The analysis of the outcomes of Middle East peace conference in Paris held on January 15, 2017 gives us an opportunity to make a prognosis of the peace prospects in the region.
