Monuments of science and technology as markers of local history (on the material of Ulan-Ude city)

The authors of the article have tried to summarize the results of studying the monuments of science and technology as part of the material heritage. The representation of this type of monuments on the territory of three districts of Ulan-Ude has been consistently considered, thanks to which you can get acquainted with the history of the urban industry. The monuments of science and technology are identified by markers of local history as they reflect quite fully the development of the military, railway, aircraft and other types of industry in Ulan-Ude.
