Natural monuments of Buryatia, Russia (Selenga district): results of ecological certification

The article presents the ecological certificates of regional protected areas — natural monuments of the Selenga district, which were described in 2014 during the course of economic contract-based work with the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Republic of Buryatia. In total we have characterized 11 official natural monuments: Lake Sulfatnoye, Zagustaysky mineral spring "Agsurga", Temnikovskaya Cave, Atsula Stow, Anglichanka Rock, Zuevskaya Pad, Posad Valley, Staryi Gorod Stow, Obmannaya Mountain and Ostraya Sopka, Strelka Island, Lake Shchuchye. Each certificate was compiled according to the standard form approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Buryatia of July 11, 2006 No. 213 "On the Procedure for Organizing Protected Areas of Regional and Local Significance on the Territory of the Republic of Buryatia". We have given recommendations for preservation of all monuments. The work have the state registration (reg. number AAAA-B17–217121850069–4 of 18.12.2017).
