Pandemia as a factor of changing the motivation policy of medical institutions

The article examines the changes in the motivation of the personnel of a medical institution in a pandemic. In the context of coronavirus infection, the Government of the Russian Federation has taken measures to provide additional incentive payments to medical workers. Thus, the main motivation for the work of medical personnel with patients with coronavirus infection in 2020 is monetary incentives.
