Pandeorisks of the business environment in the conditions of transformation of the corporate culture of the enterprise

The article presents the concept of "pandeorisks" – systemic threats to business that have an exponential impact on all organizational processes. Unlike "Black Swans", they are generated by the internal fragility of the system in the context of corporate culture transformation. The authors propose an approach to managing pandeorisks through assessing the "antifragility" of key resources using artificial intelligence. This allows moving from reactive risk management to proactive strengthening of organizational resilience.
