The development of the culture of the 20th and 21st centuries is closely connected with a change in the concept of what mind is and what are the limits of knowledge and possible experience. The problems of consciousness, understanding and interpretation are the forefront of current research in modern human sciences. Scientific thinking of the 20th and 21st centuries is especially open to new experience, which provides tremendous opportunities for expanding the view on the problem of consciousness (understanding and interpretation) and creating a new paradigm of understanding consciousness and intellection. Modern syncretic research directions consider these problems in connection with language, cognitive processes, physiology, neurology, social communicative and instrumental-activity of human nature, as well as with basic human bodyness as a separate living being. The author considers the relationship of bodyness and the processes of understanding and interpretation in order to determine the individual dimension of consciousness, since the individual as an atom of life and consciousness is at the source of knowledge, self-development and life. The individual uses bodyness and understanding process to identify reality, which then the intellect differentiates through the process of interpretation and thus produces conceptualization of experience.
