The present article reveals the regularities in chronotopos modeling in "Requiem" by A. Akhmatova and shows that time and space in the poem are organized specifically, i.e. paradoxically. Firstly, being maximum open fictional time and fictional space of the poem are maximum compressed at one and the same time. Secondly, if the past is shown as dynamic, rapidly developing, the present, on the contrary, is static, motionless, still. This perception of time as flowing swiftly and static simultaneously, been artistically reflected in "Requiem", was the most common for the epoch of Stalin's repressions. Both trends prove the time-space system of the poem being unique.
