The article presents the innovative phenomena of continuous education, the conceptual paradoxes-challenges arising in them, which raise new questions to modern didactics. The understanding of innovative education as generation and development of objectively new cultural experience is suggested. Innovative education is seen as a means of passing crises by an individual subject and/or a collective subject (situations of life, professional, industrial, institutional crises). In social terms, innovative education can provide a positive, non-violent path of social transformation, the development of modern society
