Parallel import as a form of implementation of the international principle of exhaustion of exclusive law

The publication attempts to reveal the content of the principle of international exhaustion of the exclusive right in the implementation of an international contract for the sale of goods (groups of goods), the external form of expression of which has become such a generally accepted legal definition as "parallel import". Its advantages and the legal basis for functioning in the Russian Federation in modern economic conditions are outlined.
