Parametrical synthesis of peak-phase modulators with the preset quantity of identical cascades of "non-linear part - reactive four-pole" type

The analysis of the known literature shows, that known algorithms of parametrical synthesis of peak- phase modulators by criterion of maintenance of the set dependences of the relation of modules and a difference of phases of transfer functions from frequency in two conditions defined by two levels of the operating signal, can be used only in the presence of one cascade. The nonlinear part represents a three-polar nonlinear element with a feedback. Optimum interrelations by the specified criterion between elements of a classical matrix of transfer of two-port networks and dependences of resistance of their two-poles on frequency are determined. The theory of four-port networks, methods of matrix algebra, parametric synthesis of microwave control devices, decomposition and circuit analysis of radio devices are used. The comparative analysis of theoretical results (frequency response and phase response of modulators in two states), obtained by mathematical modelling in the «MathCad» system, and the experimental results obtained by circuit simulation of modelling in OrCad and MicroCap systems shows their satisfactory coincidence.
