The article considers the need to analyze the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the bank, banking services; application of the hierarchy analysis method, its levels, such methods included in the hierarchy analysis method, as a pairwise comparison, comparison of alternatives to standards, and comparison of alternatives by copying.
