Sustainable development parameters innovative environment

The paper describes a variety of interpretations of the concept of «innovative environment». It has been determined that the innovative activity of economic entities becomes less autonomous, more open to the external environment, and therefore, to ensure sustainable development, the use of a clear system of parameters is required. It is shown that there are three key approaches to the formation of the parameters of sustainable development of the innovation environment, but they miss the peculiarity of the sought concept.
