Parapsychology: science or parascience?

Author attempts to answer the debatable question about parapsychology status. The various points of view are considered, the problem of scientific and extra scientific knowledge interrelation is explored. Author believes, that one of forms of extra scientific knowledge is the parascientific knowledge, including parapsychology. The main problem of parapsychology, the problem of allocation, describing and explanation of psi-phenomena is revealed.
