The study of the structural organization of the paravasal connective tissue of the intraorgan blood vessels of the heart at the age of 75-89 years was conducted. The study was carried out with the use of histologic specimen of 30 corpses of aged men's hearts, stained by standard histological techniques. Agerelated features of the dimensional orientation of the paravasal connective tissue fibers, as well as the percentage ratio of structural components of the fibrous stroma were described. The study established distinctive features of the structure of paravasal connective tissue vascular arterial and venous blood types.
