The article considers psychological conditions of parliamentary activities of a deputy as a profession which has a specific character consisting in the fact that it develops in the sphere of public relations and is notable for a great variety of.powers fulfilled by a deputy. The author presents psychological characteristics of the law-making activities including law-making regulation, availability of deputy powers, psychological modeling and tactical freedom of a bill, shortage of time, sociability, a great variety of.law-making tasks.
