Parliamentary doctrine as a kind of state-legal doctrine

Introduction. The article is devoted to the consideration of parliamentary doctrine - a new type of state-legal doctrine, which has recently entered the modern domestic legal turnover, although the legal phenomena denoted by this concept have existed in legal reality for quite a long time and are associated with the activities of the Russian Parliament.
