Parliamentary control over the Russian Government activities

This article is devoted to the analysis of parliamentary control of the State Duma of the Russian Federation concerning the Government of the Russian Federation. Opportunities and conditions of application of responsibility of parliament to the Government of the Russian Federation are analysed. The work reflects general characteristics of parliamentary control in Russia, its stages and making elements. Special attention is paid to problems of application of Parliament’s of the Russian Federation sanctions against the Government of the Russian Federation.
