The party-state management land reclamation in krasnodar territory per 1966-1975

In article, on the basis of the published and archival documents, the research literature, the history of land improvement on Kuban within 8-th and 9-th five-years periods is considered. The author shines the party-state management of realization of the program of land improvement during a life. In clause the meliorative actions spent in territory of edge are in detail studied: an irrigation of the grounds, meliorative construction, creation of irrigating systems, construction of the Krasnodar water basin, expansion of the areas for sowing of rice. The author has drawn a conclusion on positive economic and social consequences of realization in practice of the program of the land improvement, which have expressed in formation the new large labour collectives, occurrence of new groups of working class, construction of new settlements of city type with modern highways and a communication facility. These changes have allowed to liquidate the rests of isolation and isolation of agricultural population.
