Party and electoral systems in modern Russia: the interdependence and interconditionality

The article considers the interrelation of key systems of society in the political process, i.e. party and electoral systems. It investigates the impact of the electoral amendments on the development of a political picture, on the balance of political forces. It also analyses the development of these systems in Russia in the period from 1993 up to the present days.
