Labor resources are one of the most important components of the enterprise. The correct and effective methods of staff motivation deliver results of activity of the enterprise. One of these methods of motivation is a method of participatory management. The method is participatory. The article will consider three forms of participatory management: Employees participate in the income of the organization; Employees participate in the profits of the organization; Employees participate in the management of the organization. For each of the forms given its positive or negative form, as well as the conditions in which it is recommended to apply a particular form.
