Participative management of socio-pedagogical support of personality development of teenagers of risk group

At the present stage of development of Pedagogy the subject of scientific discourse is the study of various forms of inclusion of subjects in managements that causes the priority of deve-loping the framework and mechanisms for participatory management. The effectiveness of participatory management depends on the adequate choice of principles that correspond to respective functions. This article is an attempt to solve the problem of incorporating participative management into the system of socio-pedagogical support of teenagers of risk group. The paper aims to define the main directions and mechanisms of participatory management in this system, the forms of participation of adolescents of risk group in participatory management. The review of scientific literature, analysis of professional activity of educators, observation method and sociological inquiry were used to determine the features of participatory management in the system of socio-pedagogical support of teenagers of risk group. As a result, participatory management has been defined as the interaction of subjects of educational process, due to the action of the mechanism of co-management. It is also proved that the socio-pedagogical support may be more effective if it is based on consent, interest, responsibility and voluntariness of all the participants of educational process. These theoretical principles have become the basis for the development of the program of socio-pedagogical support of teenagers of risk group on the basis of the principles of participatory management.
