"Passive" users in system of information stratification of local internet-community

In the article characteristics of latent stratum of passive participants of local Internet-communities us given. The theory of network structure which expands formation and functioning of large Russian cities Internet-communities is conformed to the concept, offered by modern postmodernists. Points of the article can be used for realization of social-philosophical analysis of phenomena, generated by global Internet
