Pathogenic mycobiota of juniper (Juniperus L.) in Dzhizak region

As a result of mycological studies carried out in 2018-2019. In the Zaamin National Natural Park and the Zaamin State Nature Reserve, 6 species of pathogenic fungi belonging to 3 classes, 5 orders, 5 families and 5 genera were identified on Juniperus species. Among them, the species Gymnosporangium fusisporum, Gymnosporangium turkestanicum and Microthyrium juniperi were noted as dangerous pathogens for juniper. A brief description and photographs of these species are provided. GIS maps of widespread species such as Gymnosporangium fusisporum, Microthyrium juniperi and Hyphodontia zhixiangii were also compiled.
