Pathohistological and ultramicroscopic features of fetoplacental complex at prematurely born children of various gestational age

Results of the clinical and morphological analysis of fetoplacental complex at 82 newborn children of various gestational age and body weight at the birth are presented in article. The detailed analysis of the antenatal anamnesis, the intranatal period is carried out, dynamics of newborn children state according to the general clinical and neurologic inspection is estimated. Character macroscopic and the patohistological changes of bioptat of placentae is established, and also features of their ultrastructural organization by means of electronic microscopy method are studied.
