The effect of clinacox on gastrointestinal tract under cryptosporidiosis has been studied. It has histologically been revealed that preparat helps reduce the negative impact of parasites on intestine. Clinacox application scheme and optimal dose (10 mg for a gram of body weight) does not cause pathological changes in piglets. They have only temporary functional features and disappear with repeated treatment. Researches of biochemical composition of piglets blood serum during chemotherapy of cryptosporidiosis give theoretical justification for coccidiostats use and allow to judge the result and treatment efficacy.
