Pathomorphologic changes of bronchuses and vessels of pulmonary artery system on pre-radiological stage at coal-miners with coal-miners disease

It is lead morphometrical researches of a pulmonary tissue of 10 miners who have worked in conditions of dust content from 1 up to 30 (13,4±3,6) years, considered practically healthy by results of dynamic ob-servation and victims at technogenic accident. It is established, that in a respiratory part of lungs, bron-chuses and arteries of a small circle disregeneratoric, hypertrophic and sclerosing processes develop simul-taneously, that testifies to common pathogenetic essence of these changes and about systemic character of a pneumoconiosis. Results of research specify necessity of perfection the methods of estimation the healh state of workers, and also criteria of nosological diagnostics of dust pathology of respiration organs.
