A clinical case of congenital heart abnormality in a newborn calf of a black-and-white breed, who was diagnosed with cervical cardiac ectopia after birth, is considered. Clinical and physiological studies, supportive therapy were carried out. The death of the animal occurred on the 10th day of life.
