Pathorsychological structure of violations criticality of adolescents with organic personality disorder passing forensic psychological examination

There are several issues of clinical psychological and expert forensic psychiatric assessment of violations criticality connected with its significance during qualification of responsibility and of diminished responsibility defendant in the article. Psychodiagnostics aspects of violations criticality assessment are related to the lack of specific pathognomonic methods of its diagnostic indirect nature of evaluation its manifestations. Psychometric aspects of evaluation of results of quality experimental psychological researches and features of their mathematical treatment are considered. Structure of pathopsychological symptoms of organic personality disorder of adolescents which passed expert forensic psychological psychiatric examination is described. The analysis of the obtained data is conducted on the components of pathopsychological syndrome. Psychodiagnostic pathopsychological manifestations, severity of which varies significantly among adolescents, found sane and insane, are named.
