Socio-cultural specifics in the framework of content analysis of the state programs "Patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation" (from 2001 to 2020)

Russian society at the present stage sets itself a number of problems: maintaining national solidarity, preserving and reproducing spiritual and sociocultural values. One of the fundamental values is patriotic ideas that cement the system of national values and can serve as the foundation for the newly emerged Russian identity. Patriotism is a significant value reference, the underestimation of which in a transforming society will lead to extremely negative consequences. The most important tasks of the state are the formation of patriotic feelings and consciousness among the citizens of the country and the restoration of the basic ideas of patriotism. It should be noted that it is impossible to solve them effectively in conditions of insufficient knowledge about the place of patriotism in the system of value orientations, and its mission in the development of the outlook of modern youth.
