Patriotic education of youth through physical culture and sports

The article is devoted to the issues of patriotic education of adolescents by means of physical culture and sports, as well as educational opportunities of physical activity in modern social and political conditions. The ideological component of sports events and competent mentoring are interpreted by the authors as a necessary condition for the manifestation of the educational potential of physical culture. The work of sports sections, sports schools, sports and military sports games in educational organizations, the TRP complex are effective tools for the physical and intellectual development of adolescents. The relationship between personality development and physical activity has a psychophysiological conditionality. The article provides examples of scientific experiments illustrating the effects of physical exercise on human brain activity, as well as historical evidence of the importance of the development of sports in the country to maintain the spirit of patriotism.
