Pedagogical anthropology of K. D. Ushinsky as a factor of innovativeness of modern vocational education

In his scientific and educational activities, the author of the article proceeds from the fact that the effectiveness of modern vocational education cannot be guaranteed without the constant development and implementation of pedagogical innovations, many of which have already been tested in practice. This author’s approach is implemented in the presented article. According to the universal recognition of educators-practitioners, innovations are absolutely necessary, since they increase the effectiveness of their activities. But at the same time, teachers often do not know either the authors or the sources of pedagogical innovations introduced into the process of professional training of students. The author of the article claims and proves with the given material that most of the innovations in education have historical roots. In particular, a significant part of the ideas of K. D. Ushinsky determined the essence of pedagogical innovations in modern organizations of vocational education. The article reveals the modern embodiment in the system of vocational education of some ideas of pedagogical anthropology by K. D. Ushinsky, quotes from his works are given. The novelty and peculiarity of the approach presented in the article lies in the consideration of the problem of innovativeness of vocational education based on the unity of the history of pedagogy and education and the modern practice of vocational education of students. In particular, the authors give numerous examples of the implementation of an innovative approach, based on the ideas of K. D. Ushinsky.
