In article the problem of influence of pedagogical competence of the tutor on the organization of effective interaction with parents of children of preschool age is investigated. The pedagogical competence is represented to one of the leading components of professionalism of the preschool teacher. The relevance of the designated activity follows from formation of the public order for the teacher capable to establishment of effective partnership with parents of children of preschool age. Professional competence of the teacher of preschool educational organization in the field of interaction with parents of pupils is an establishment of effective communication with participants of pedagogical process within modern requirements. In article the contradiction which consists that, the parents and tutors needing the help not ready to render it is revealed. The high professional competence of the tutor, the created communicative skills are the key to his successful interaction with parents.
