Conception is a belief system, a certain interpretation of phenomena and processes. In order to describe an educational conception one needs to characterize the main constituents of the education, such as objectives, content, principles, methods, means, forms and conditions. In the recent publishing works authors use a term “model" actually meaning “conception”.
