Student teaching in system professional preparations of the teacher of initial classes

Article is devoted an actual problem of pedagogics - preparation of experts which can be claimed in new social and economic conditions. The competitive struggle characterising a labour market today, defines the high requirements of the customer shown to experts, dictates to teachers new approaches to quality of formation, so, to use of the most effective methods of carrying out of employment, their methodical maintenance. One of problems of the teacher - to stir up informative activity of students, to help them to comprehend a theoretical material and to teach to use the received knowledge in practical activities. On an example of real experience of carrying out of student teaching of students of 2-4 courses of a direction of preparation «Pedagogical education (a profile Elementary education)» the Buryat state university the system of vocational training of the teacher of initial classes is described. During a certain stage of student teaching there is «immersing» of the student in is professional-pedagogical activity by acquaintance of the probationer to standard documents in the sphere of education; working out of the uchebno-methodical documentation (plans-abstracts of employment, methodical workings out) and, certainly, independent carrying out of employment as the teacher.
