Pedagogical technology developing students' competence of effective managerial decision making in the universities of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with application of the method of military missions

The article discusses the nature and the structure of the pedagogical technology developing students' competence of effective managerial decision making in the universities of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with application of the method of military missions. The authors discuss its effectiveness when used in the educational process of such universities for the development of the competence. Assessment of the competence maturity by means of the showings of professional, management and personal criteria is given.
