The article examines the pedagogical aspects of the formation of sports motivation in children and adolescents in physical education lessons. It analyzes the influence of various factors, such as teaching methods, lesson organization, motivational techniques and approaches to working with students. Special attention is paid to developing individual approaches to each student, taking into account their interests and needs, and creating a stimulating environment for active participation in the lesson. The work presents practical recommendations and techniques that contribute to the effective formation of sports motivation in children and adolescents, which contributes to the development of their physical and psychological abilities.
