The word itself indicates the difficulty of education, the formation of the personality of a teenager, the inability or his unwillingness to assimilate pedagogical influences and actively react to them. Thus, a hard-to-educate teenager is, first of all, the one who actively resists education, expresses disrespect, distrust of the teacher, shows negativism to the pedagogical process, provokes and creates preconditions for conflict situations.
