Introduction of automated information systems in the universities faces a number of challenges, the main of which is a weak motivation of the university staff. Competent organization of employees' training, maintained by a qualified tutor, may improve the efficiency of education. One should thoroughly consider the content of didactic materials and interactivity of the educational methods.
