Health worsening of younger generation dictates the necessity for highly professional pedagogical and biomedical support of children's, adolescent and youth sports aimed to eliminate major risk factors of diseases of these populations conditioned by heightened motor activity. The given below analysis of data from literature by Russian and foreign experts concerning this problem precludes in a certain extent from the adverse effects of early professionalization in sport.
