This paper presents the debatable scientific matter. Is's a pedagogical viewpoint on the ideas of Florence Nightinglae, an outstanding English thinker and a public person. She wrote Notes on Nursing where she expressed her ideas on reforming the system of nurses' training that allowed to r eform the entire system of health care.
