Professional readiness of military navigator is a state that allows during a given period to start the activity and successfully execute the tasks assigned to by the superiors. The state of activity readiness begins with understanding the purpose of actions based on the needs and motives (or the given task) taking into account the nature of the influence of the main factors on their effectiveness. The paper describes the main pedagogical features of decision-making training in military navigator education.
