Educational reformation in the organization of students'' Professional (pre-graduation) internship, studying in the preparation direction 43.03.02 «Tourism» at the kuban state university of physical education, sports and tourism

This article focuses on educational reformation in the organization of students' professional (pre-graduation) internship, studying at the educational direction 43.03.02 «Tourism» at the Kuban State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism in the aspect of implementation of the new educational standards, oriented on the competence individual developmental approach, because exactly graduates' competence formation is one of the most important parts of professional training in a modern university. The authors point out, that a new paradigm of higher education, related to the restructuring, leads to the need for corrective action in the educational technology and methodology of internship organization. Recent changes in the internship program, developed by the lecturers of the of the Social and Cultural Services and Tourism Department of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Education «Kuban State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism», implemented on the basis of the complementarity requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education and Professional Standards for Tourism. The developed program puts targets on the preparation for the writing of the final qualifying work (bachelor thesis) and reveals the structure of the planned results of the undergraduate education at the direction 43.03.02 «Tourism».
