Pedagogical problems of forming the basis of a healthy lifestyle for children in physical education lessons

This article discusses issues directly related to the pedagogical problems of forming the foundations of a healthy lifestyle for children in physical education classes. It also provides examples and statements of many scientists and researchers on the issues and problems of a healthy lifestyle at all stages of life, and especially from an early age, which is one of the topical issues of maintaining health and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. According to the author, one of the main reasons for the emergence of the state of physical health of students is the decline in the role of a healthy lifestyle in the formation of physical, spiritual, and mental health, education of the student’s personality. A detailed definition of the term “health” is given. The author also believes that the most important task of the modern educational system is the development of the student’s personality, where the main attention is focused on the study of information about health, a healthy lifestyle and improving human living conditions. As a rule, the contradictory phenomenon of an individual consists of a philosophical unity, inherent contradictions between the natural and human principles, biological and social, material and spiritual, personal and social, etc. A person is the subject of study of the prevailing sciences, and his health is an archaic issue in a rapidly changing environment, a large degree of psychological and emotional influences. Human health is a measure of a person's manifestation in the unity of physical, mental, labor, defense physical culture and health-improving functions, allowing him to more fully participate in a multifaceted life, successfully adapt to socio-cultural and natural conditions.
